Mary B. Pursell, CPCU

Mary is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.  The CPCU designation is recognized as the premier professional designation of the property and casualty insurance industry.  Additionally, Ms. Pursell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Southern Connecticut State University.

Ms. Pursell has held numerous leadership positions in both professional and civic organizations.  Mary is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Connecticut (IIAC).  She was awarded the Independent Insurance Agents of Connecticut, Young Agent of the Year Award for 1997.  Additionally, Mary is currently the Chairwoman of the IIAC InVEST Committee, which promotes insurance education and the recruitment of qualified individuals to positions within the insurance industry.

Mary is also a Past President of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters – Southern Connecticut Chapter.  Mary has served as a Director of the Hamden Chamber of Commerce, and maintains membership in the Hamden Chamber of Commerce and the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.

Lisa Iannotti-Montz

John H. Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience in the operation of a full service commercial and personal lines agency through his many years as the principal of the Kennedy Agency.  John is a leader in policy underwriting and placement, and is highly regarded by his many longtime clients.

As part of his professional and civic involvements, John has served on the Board of Directors of the Hamden Chamber of Commerce.  He is a past president and active member of the Hamden Rotary Club.  The Hamden Rotary Club has honored John by naming him a Paul Harris Fellow.  He is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Connecticut, and the New Haven Board of Realtors.

John is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and the University of Connecticut, where he majored in Business Administration, and he has served in the Connecticut Army National Guard.
